This policy explains what information Glow & Go Studio collects when you book an appointment through our website, and how it is handled. Our online booking system is operated on our behalf by Veritas One LLC, our technology provider. We keep this simple and only describe what the site actually does.
What we collect
When you book, we collect only what we need to schedule and confirm your appointment:
- Your name, phone number, and email address.
- Your appointment details — the service, date, and time.
- For appointments booked by phone, any notes the studio enters about your booking.
Payments
Booking requires a $50 deposit, processed by Authorize.net, our payment processor. Your card number is entered into and handled entirely by Authorize.net — it is never stored on, and never passes through, Glow & Go Studio's or the platform's servers. All we keep is a transaction reference confirming the deposit was paid.
Where your information is stored
Your booking details are stored securely with our cloud database provider, Supabase. Access is restricted to the studio and the booking platform.
Booking confirmations and related notices (such as a reschedule or cancellation) are sent through our email service provider, Resend.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
- We do not share your information except with the service providers named above, solely to operate the booking system.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just contact the studio using the details below and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
