Terms of Service
These terms apply when you book an appointment or use the online scheduling on this website. Booking an appointment means you agree to them. The scheduling system is operated on the studio's behalf by Veritas One LLC as its technology provider.
Booking & deposit
- Booking requires a $50 deposit.
- The deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the balance of your service. Your remaining balance is due at your visit.
- If you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit carries over to the new appointment time.
- To protect your deposit, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you don't show for your appointment, or you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours beforehand, the $50 deposit is forfeited. We know life happens — exceptions are at the studio's discretion, so if something comes up, please reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to work with you.
Treatments & consultation
Nothing on this website is medical advice. Booking reserves a time only. Any treatment decision is made in consultation with the studio at your visit, based on your individual needs.
You must be 18 or older to book. We're unable to schedule treatments for minors.
The website
The website and its scheduling are provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind. The scheduling platform is operated by Veritas One LLC as the studio's technology provider; the studio remains responsible for your appointment and care.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Glow & Go Studio and Veritas One LLC are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the website or the scheduling system, such as a missed appointment caused by a technical issue. This does not limit any rights you have that cannot be waived under law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
